A fixed mind is crystallized. It is frozen in personal ethics that knows what’s right and wrong and can’t see the truth that there are many ways to look at problems. For instance one can change “problems” into “challenges.” This makes them easier to approach. The solution to any problem comes in the approach. The best way to solve a problem is use the problem to solve the problem. This is a new idea.
